Let’s take a tour through the home:
Let’s start in the dining room! The dining room features two custom-painted in-ceiling speakers that blend right into the décor of the room. So whether you’re spending time with the family or having a formal dinner party, you can always have your favorite music ready to play.
Let’s head into the house with a quick stop on the first floor office. The custom office includes a 40” Samsung LCD flat panel TV built into the custom woodwork. Combined with the universal remote, the viewer has the ability to watch 1 of 4 DirecTV receivers located in the basement or the Blu-Ray disc player. So whether you’re paying bills or replying to E-mails, you can always watch your favorite recorded program.
The living room offers a Samsung 60” LED flat panel TV built into custom cabinetry with a full surround sound system. This location allows viewing from the comfortable couches or from the kitchen area.
The kitchen command center offers the Elan g! 7” In-wall touch panel where you can control all 12 flat panel TVs or the 12 zones of audio located inside and outside of the home. You can also control the entire lighting system and select your favorite preset lighting mode. Whether it’s “Goodnight” mode, “Party” mode, or even “Relax” mode, there is always a lighting scene for your mood.
Off the kitchen, the sunroom is one of the most popular rooms in the home. With a 55” Samsung LED flat panel built into the cabinets, viewing the TV while eating, reading, or hanging out is very accessible. Combined with the universal remote and in-ceiling speakers, this area doubles as a music listening area to TV area in seconds.
To the basement we go!
With a 46” Samsung located in the ping pong room, you never miss any of your favorite sports action while engaging in a ping pong tournament. The room also includes a PS3 for the kids’ gaming area, and it opens into a much larger open space in the basement, which the kids call the arena. This is where all the sports go down when it’s too cold in the winter to be outside.
You turn the corner and you are in the ultimate man cave!
With 5 TVs located on one wall, you will never miss any of the action. With the combination of the 106” projection screen in the middle and four 40” Samsung LCDs surrounding it, you can have 4 different games going at one time. With the Elan g! system, you can make changing between screens and DirecTV receivers a cinch. You are able to navigate all 5 TVs from one remote and change the channels on all the different TVs completely independently.
The workout room has another TV for when you are getting ready for the marathon. With the universal remote control, you can easily watch any of your recorded TV throughout the home.
The component racking system located in the basement holds 4 DirecTV receivers, 1 Samsung Blu Ray Player, Two Denon Surround Sound Receivers, and all the necessary amplification to power all 28 speakers in the home. There are no components located anywhere in the home besides in the basement, so it makes decorating and furniture design very easy.
To the laundry room, we even have a TV located for folding clothes, so you have something to entertain you while you fold five loads of laundry.
The outside entertainment area gives the viewer the ability to have music or your favorite sporting event playing outside. With 8 different sources to choose from, it is easy to find what you are looking for. This makes the summer much more enjoyable, and makes playing in the yard a great time for the entire family.
This home has some very interesting and unique technologies, but one thing is for sure: it’s awesome. With three in-wall touch panels and the ultimate sports fan’s 5 TV wall, this home has a leg up on the rest in the neighborhood.
